Llangollen & Chester

We continue to travel with Len!  This time we are going to Llangollen, Wales and Chester, England. I always expect at least one bird photograph and Len did not disappoint.  But, surprise, surprise . . . sheep!!  Be still my knitter's heart!

Len must have been hungry.

I see sheep on a tin.  I notice how they inform the tourist with descriptions of 'traditional'.  A vegetarian selection . . . oh, la la! Now I am hungry.

Proper butcher's pork sausage.  Oh my!  Welsh lamb, even.

I don't know what kind of bird this represents but with talons like that it is a hunter!

It was good to spend the day with Len.  I imagined an arrival in Llangollen with lunch there (so many choices) and then walking through the gate into Chester.  Great fun.
